Delivered at various locations or on-site at client locations, our Customized Learning Solutions provide organizations and individuals structured formats to identify opportunities to create value and educate executives in a range of leadership and productivity skills.
Step 1. Understanding Organizational and Individual Challenges
We will begin the process by meeting with you and selected participants conducting research to understand you and your organization’s biggest challenges, applying our Executive Style Assessment and use 360 input from questionnaires regarding perception.
Step 2. Action-Based Learning Experiences
Next, we develop a Customized Learning Solution plan designed to meet you and your organization’s specific needs. This will include a variety of multi-faceted experimental learning elements in which participants apply their strategic and tactical abilities against real-world issues. Components may include:
